Our team is made up of fixed groups and groups specially hired for projects under development.
We believe that it is not possible for a professional to know everything and in all segments of their specialty, therefore, the use of a single team of professionals would indicate many flaws and would greatly increase the risk of a quality service below what we expect and desire .
Our permanent team is made up of professionals who make up the group's board, staff and corporate governance organizations.
Partners and specialists from the associated offices are also permanent, who are experts in their activities, specialties and in the region in which they operate.
For each program, project or proposal, an exclusive team of experts is hired specifically to offer us support, know how and knowledge on the project topic, maximizing the portfolio of knowledge and experience in the development of each one of the projects, and thus, minimizing investment risks, being more assertive than a common team in an ordinary office.

Mr Alexandre are formed in Unicamp, one of most important university in the world and is expert in quality and technology.
Also is formed in Arts and he is responsible for the quality control of programs and projects.
And for the evaluation of works of art, paintings, statues or others that make up the clients' collection.
He is also curator of the Pardes Group collection and its art galleries.

Alessandra Patrícia
Lady Alessandra, a professional with a degree in mathematics, is responsible for the general control of market relations and public relations in the group.
In addition to being a partner, she acts as secretary at the meetings of the board of directors of the international group.
His academic higher education in a unit of the Pontifical Catholic University, inserts in the group a dose of humanity and unique social concern.
She works in mediation and guidance of the group's educational sectors.
She has dedicated more than thirty years to studies, training and support for basic education processes, working directly with disadvantaged populations.
