Banks nowadays live to invest in bonds and funds and pass this on to their clients as their own investments, or acting as loan houses offering money at high cost to their clients.
But we also look at clients who have resources, public, private and family investment funds, who know the banking system, and know that the opportunities for greater gain are far away from them.
It was this motivation that led the Pardes Group to create a specific division in placing private equity in the market.
Working through legally established brokers and distributors, we select the best projects, proposals and companies, study the risks and competitive advantages, the longevity of the business and the strength of the proposals, and, after careful and detailed analysis and evaluation, carried out by specialists hired in the specialized market, for this purpose, we issue an opinion on the investment.
The best ones are ranked and a private placement contract is made, where we contact our private investors and the investment market to offer the opportunity.
Our partner investors, classified as such in our database, receive a strategic business plan, where they can see all the data, information, analysis and evaluations made by us, and decide to invest in our proposal.
We only approve a deal that is rated more than 85 points in our evaluation criteria process, and that has a probability of success greater than 80% under market conditions.
For approval, a quick exit assessment, with the sale of assets to market, must return at least 106% (one hundred and six percent) of the external capital invested in the business, and with subsidiary guarantees.
This process provides security and peace of mind for borrowers and private investors in projects that we are involved in creating.
